Matthew and Catherine Brooks are the owners of Casa Pilar Alto Granada and we liaise closely with the owners of the properties listed on ApartmentHotelsGranada.com.

Properties listed on the website are inspected by us personally and we only list those service apartments, hotels and cortijos which we feel are suitable for your ideal stay in Granada.

Matthew Brooks has extensive experience in hotels and service apartments in London and the UK, in both management and marketing. Catherine and Matthew Brooks moved to Granada in early 2007 to set up their own business.

At present ApartmentsHotelsGranada is starting with just five properties but our goal is to expand and find the best accommodation and at the same time best value for money for our clients.  ApartmentsHotelsGranada aims to take a lot of the guesswork and chance out of your holiday or business trip planning.  The number of different accommodation choices ApartmentsHotelsGranada.com offers will increase but they will always meet three very firm requirements:

1.      Offer good value for money at all times

2.      Offer something special and out of the ordinary

3.      Have been inspected by us so that we can recommend the property personally

The initial five properties we are offering meet all these requirements and they also achieve something else we wanted: to offer a range of different kinds of accommodation right away.

ApartmentsHotelsGranada.com can offer you very good quality serviced apartments, recently opened right in the centre of Granada, each with well equipped kitchen but also with an all day, all evening restaurant downstairs and a really charming Casa Rural in La Zubia on the Sierra Nevada side of the city of Granada, yet only 10 minutes drive from the centre and with a jaw-dropping style personally created by the owners.

If you prefer the countryside but in easy reach of the city of Granada, we have Casa Pilar Alto in the old town of Illora, which has a boutique feel to an Andalucia rustic theme along with right up to the moment amenities and some terrific views from private terraces.  Then, if you prefer to be out in the olive groves, there is Cortijo Juan, which exudes country house charm and can be rented as one unit or two and Cortijo Las Chorreras, also with a rustic theme, excellent amenities and a superb heated, covered outdoor pool that’s a real pleasure to swim in at any time of year.
